Merritt Island Mustangs Boys Soccer Advances to Regional Final, Defeats Rockledge 4-2
MERRITT ISLAND SCORES 3 UNANSWERED GOALS AFTER 1-2 DEFICIT IN FIRST HALF
BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – The Merritt Island boys soccer team advanced to the regional final in the FHSAA playoffs Sturday night after 4-2 victory over the Rockledge Raiders.
The game was considered a revenge game for Merritt Island, who suffered their lone loss to Rockledge back on Feb. 9.
Rockledge finishes the season with an overall record of 10-3-5.
